1. Custom-Made Products

All guitars sold on our website are made to order based on your selected specifications.

Because of this:

❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selections made by the customer
• Delays within the stated production and shipping timeframe
• Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., wood grain, color tone, finish differences)

These variations are a natural part of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

 

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours:
• Production may have already begun
• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your guitar arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

You must:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

After review, we will:
• Offer a replacement, or
• Provide a partial or full refund (case-by-case)

We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a defect.

 

4. Shipping Damage

If your item is damaged during shipping:
• Keep all original packaging
• Contact us immediately with evidence

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom-made guitars
• Personalized or modified products
• Used or altered items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

 

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:
• It will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider)

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in:
• Delay in resolution
• Submission of evidence (including this policy) to the payment provider
• Restriction of future purchases
