1. Production Time

All guitars are made to order based on your selected specifications.

Estimated Production Time:

Production time may vary depending on:

  • Customization complexity
  • Order volume
  • Material availability

We always strive to complete each build as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.


2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.


3. Shipping Time & Cost

Once your order has been completed and shipped:

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • 15–30 working days worldwide

Shipping Cost:

  • Flat rate shipping fee of $150 USD for all countries

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs clearance procedures

4. Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Because each guitar is custom-made to order, production begins after your order is confirmed. This production period covers the time required to prepare materials, build, customize, inspect, and complete your guitar.

Once production is completed, your order will be shipped from our manufacturing facility in China.

  • Production Time: 60–90 working days
  • Shipping Time: 15–30 working days worldwide

This means the total estimated delivery timeframe includes both the production period and the shipping period.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as each guitar is carefully built to meet your selected specifications rather than pulled from ready-made inventory.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number will be provided

Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
